Our FRP/GRP & Dual Laminate Tanks are working satisfactorily in many Industries like Chemical, Chloro-Alkali, Paper & Pulp, Pharmaceuticals, and Metallurgical etc.

These tanks can be manufactured as per BS/ASTM/JIS/AS/ASME standards, and supplied with standard accessories as per client requirement. Storage Tanks are manufactured by the contact moulding (hand layup) method or by filament winding (on CNC machines) method for the storage of Highly Corrosive Chemicals, Acids and Wastes. Our fiberglass products weigh approximately 60% less than steel, which reduces installation costs.
These tanks are offered as per customers' requirement complete with all the relevant accessories.

Supplied with fire-retardant and ultra violet resistant additives as per specific requirement.
Suitable for using highly corrosive chemicals at maximum temperature up to 350 0C.
Designed for pressure and vacuum conditions.
Supplied with double wall construction.
Designed and supplied for above and underground applications.
Thermoplastic welded joint with conductive layer.
These are appreciated for features such as non-corrosive, light weight, long lasting, leak proof and low maintenance.
Supplied along with additional accessories like ladder handrail, platform, level indicator, sight glass, leg supports and saddle supports.

Types:

Horizontal Cylindrical with dished ends (with or without saddle supports made of MS with epoxy paint).
Vertical Cylindrical with conical / dished / flat top and bottom.
Rectangular Tank, Mixer – Settler with closed or open top.

M.O.C :

Tanks & Vessels can be made in the following materials of construction, FRP using various grades of resin like Isophthalic (Polyester), Vinyl Ester, Bisphenol, Super Vinyl Ester or Dual Laminates like PP+FRP, PVC+FRP, PVDF+FRP, TFM+FRP, FEP+FRP, PFA+FRP, ECTFE+FRP etc.

Range :

Tanks and vessels are fabricated in various capacities from 100 Liters up to 110,000 Liters at our work shop and higher capacities up to 500 m3 can be fabricated at site.
